The plain-English rules for using jordanglickman.com. Reading the site and submitting the contact form means you agree to the points below.

1. Who runs this site

This site is the personal brand website of Jordan Glickman (“I”, “me”), reachable at jordan.glickman @ impremis.com. Content reflects my personal views and experiences. It is not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice, and does not represent the official position of any company I work with, including Impremis Marketing, &you, or AdFuse.

2. Use of the site

You may read, share, and link to anything on the site. You may not:

  • scrape the site at scale or use it to train AI models without my written permission;
  • republish full articles or downloadable resources elsewhere without attribution and a link back;
  • impersonate me, claim authorship of my work, or use my name, brand, or likeness in a way that could mislead others;
  • access non-public areas of the site (e.g. /admin) without authorization.

3. Content and intellectual property

All writing, design, photography, and downloadable resources on this site are owned by me or licensed to me. You're welcome to quote short excerpts from posts (under 100 words) with a clear citation back to the original article URL. For longer use, reach out — I'm usually happy to grant permission.

Affiliate links on the resources page may earn me a commission if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. I only recommend tools I personally use and pay for. See the disclosure on the resources page.

4. Contact form and submissions

Anything you submit through the contact form (name, email, company, message) is sent to me directly and stored to track follow-ups. By submitting, you confirm:

  • the information is accurate and you have the right to share it;
  • your message is not confidential by default — if it should be, mark it explicitly;
  • you're okay with me replying by email at the address you provided.

5. No professional advice or guarantees

Articles and resources on this site are educational. Reading them doesn't create a consulting relationship, and outcomes from applying any framework, template, or recommendation depend on your own business, audience, and execution. I make no guarantee of specific results.

6. Third-party links and integrations

The site links to and integrates with services I don't control — Calendly, Vercel, Supabase, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics, and various affiliate destinations. Their terms apply when you interact with them. I'm not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your data once you leave this site.

7. Site availability and changes

I try to keep the site up and accurate, but I make no uptime promise. I may add, change, or remove pages, posts, or features at any time. If a major change affects how your data is handled, I'll update the privacy policyand the “last updated” date at the top of this page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, the content, or any tool or resource linked from it. Your remedy if you don't agree with these terms is to stop using the site.

9. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms over time. The current version always lives at this URL. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
